Cycling the High Peak Trail, Derbyshire – The Perfect End to Our Trip

After almost four weeks exploring Scotland, we ended our trip with one last hurrah on the High Peak Trail in Derbyshire. 🚴 This former railway—once the world’s first—is now a 17.5-mile traffic-free cycle path with sweeping views across the dales. We clocked up 30 miles, enjoyed pub stops at both ends, and rounded it all off with hearty campervan sausage & mash. The perfect ending to an incredible adventure!
